Rent a Bike

Car

You can drive everywhere by car in the regions around Ghent. In the city centre, a circulation plan is in force. This means that the access for cars into the city centre is limited. In addition, cars have to meet certain emission standards to enter the LEZ (low emission zone).

You have to pay to park your car in the city centre. Here you can find an overview of the free parking areas.

You can use public transport in Ghent. You can easily plan your route using the De Lijn and NMBS websites or apps.
